Opening in 2001, the first Champions dealership, Champions Honda in Cocoa FL, was opened. From the previous owner’s humble but historic business Champions was able to quickly grow to be one of the top 5 Honda dealers in the State of Florida. As the formula of superior customer service fused with the widest selection of motorcycles, parts, and accessories thrived, Robert Mealey brought Champions Yamaha to West Orlando. Within 2 months it had become the largest selling Yamaha dealer in Central Florida. With the opening of Champions Honda of Leesburg and Champions Yamaha of Leesburg in 2003 Champions became the largest retailer of motorcycles, ATVs, personal watercraft, scooters, and power equipment in the state of Florida.

The 2006 Purchase of the Suzuki and Kawsaki dealership in Lake county brought all four Japaneese powersports brands in the area into the Champions family and set the stage for what would eventually be the biggest and only four-way powersports dealership in Central Florida. Today Champions Powersports operates out of our state-of-the-art 24,000 sq ft facility right in heart of Eustis's business district on HWY 441. This very unique store puts the very best of the powersports industry under one roof – motorcycle, ATVs, UTVs, watercraft, parts and accessories. Our large service facility also features the best factory-trained technicians that can repair and maintain Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki, as well as Harley-Davidson, BRP and a host of others.
