I am writing to express thanks to your staff, who went out of their way to assist me in the purchase of a new 2012 DL650 this past winter. I January while I was staying in Umatilla, I had a problem with the fairing on my 2006 Silver Wing. I originally went in to your dealeship to get and estimate on getting it repaired. After hearing what it would cost to get it repaired, I looked at the option of purchasing a new motorcycle. That is when I met Don Kuhn. He was especially helpfull in finding me the right motorcycle to fit my needs and desires. During our discussions I became aware that the 2013 DL was going to be available in my favorite color blue. I had almost decided to wait and get the 2013 so I could get the blue. That is when I met your Sales Manager, Mike Burnside. He was very helpful in his suggestion that the 2012 could be repainted and I would not have to wait for the 2013's to be released. The deal he offered was very appealing. Don then introduced me to your Service Manager, Gerard Alexander. If I was going to get the 2012, I would also need to make changes so that I could ride it comfortably. Gerard was extremely helpful in his suggests, and finding the right color of blue. He was able to schedule all the work in a timely manner. Other problems arose due to the changes between the 2011 and 2012 DL 650 in that many parts that would work on a 2011 would not work on the 2012. In the end I was very satisfied with my new motorcycle. Thanks again for having such good and caring professional staff. Well I've had my brand new Kawa Nomad 1700 now for 3 whole days and I love it. Wanted to "again" thank Don Kuhn my salesperson, and Mike P. (forgot spelling last name) the salesmanager who wrote up my finance papers. These two guys made my whole bike browsing and buying experience top notch. I shopped around at other dealers within a 100 miles radius. I'm kind of a hard bargainer, but Don and Mike were very accomodating and it was a real pleasure dealing with both of them. I believe I got a very fair deal and was highly impressed with the whole Eustis dealership. The Parts and Service guys are easy to communicate with and the selection of bikes was better than "any" store I visited. It's just a great place to shop for bikes. Folks if you are looking for a new Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki bike (or used) you'd be hard pressed to do better than the Eustis location of Champion Power Sports. My overall buying experience at Champions has been great! My sales person, Larry Patton, has gone out of his way many times to satisfy the customer. I have since bought a second ATV from larry and am very happy with my purchase. Champions also has a huge selection of parts and accessories to customize your bike/atv, Tony Bango in the parts/accessories dept. has helped me many times with the purchase of accessories for my atv, Tony is also very knowledgeable about accessories for your bike and any questions you may have about them. Champions service dept. is also top notch, i have been very satisfied with the service i received on my ATV. All in all i have been very pleased with my experience at Champions, I recommend Champions to anyone looking for a Bike, ATV, or Watercraft.

The experience I had at Champions Honda was a great one and I will tell anyone who is looking for a bike or anything that Champions deals with I will send them to Champions.And Paul Blake our salesman went above and beyond to get us the bike we have now. And every time we go to Champions we get the upmost respect and promt service that would expect from a very professional company as Champions portrays them to be. All in all if you are looking for a bike go to Champions for the best deals and service you deserve. In my book Champions is the only place to go for all your riding needs.

I recently had an accident with my 05 Honda SilverWing and brought it to your place for repair. Mike and Sarah were very helpful in getting everything done on my bike. Mike did a super job of restoring (virtually rebuilding) my bike. I can honestly say that the bike is as good as the day it was originally bought. I will definitely return for other business, (not of the accident type of course). Thank you Mike for your super service to me.

This is a great organization. I bought my Vulcan Nomad 1600 from them and they are very easy to work with. All the staff I met are clean, pleasant, knowledgeable and will do what the can to make your experience positive. I highly recommend these folks.

Conrad got me the deal I wanted. Even though it wasn't the bike I came in for, it was the best bike that suited my needs and financial capabilites. Everyone in the shop was friendly and willing to help with any questions. The sales people made sure I didn't have to settle for something I didn't want. Awesome people, awesome bikes and great atmosphere. I will return and bring friends with me.

You guys are great! I was on my way to St. Augustine from Vero Beach with my wife. I notice that the rear tire on my Vulvan 2000 Classic was nearing the end of its tread life. I stopped at your shop with the hopes that I could have a new tire installed the same day. Not only did the service department jump right on it, the price was lower than anywhere else that I checked. I purchased my first atv from Champions Honda yesterday. The overall experience was a good one. I am very pleased with my atv purchase. Everyone to whom I interacted with was very courteous and seemed to also be very honest. I rode my atv for the first time today and totally love it. It was nice to have the bike explained to me prior to me leaving your facility. I am so pleased with my purchase I plan to return tomorrow and purchase a second atv. You have definitely gained my business as the initial experience with your company was a pleasant one. In my opinion no atv beats a HONDA. Jus wanna say i jus LOVE my DR650 the dual sport. When i went to pusrchase my Suzuki I had already looked at other dual sports an made up my mind, an for the price the Suzuki was by far the 1 for me. Compared to the Honda an Kawasaki 650 dual sport bikes for the money the DR650 was the best. It was jus the perfect bike for me an what i wanted to do, the Honda gas tank was so small i at least wanted to ride awhile before i had to pull over to a gas station, and the Kawasaki was so big an bulky and it wasnt a hot looking bike. I just love the smoothness of it and it can really ride out when i hit the open highway, will easliy cruise at 70 to 75 with no problem, and for a guy my size that is just great. I m 6ft 3 and a half in. 255lbs. so I m a pretty big boy. I also have fun spinning in the dirt or just cruiseing through trail or back roads. What a BLAST it is, I just LOVE my Suzuki

So my Harley is totally gorgeous...BUTTTT...I wanted a new sportbike since I haven't ridden a sportbike in about a year. I went in during the week and things were busy. I ended up coming back on a Saturday after visiting 6 dealerships that day as no one wanted to work with what I had to spend or what I wanted to spend. Well these folks did. My new Kawi ZX6R purchase was completed in about an hour; and being that I was in my car, instead of me having to figure out how to get both home, the bike was trailered to me! Can't beat that. Thanks guys. 3 days and 220 miles...I will see you soon for my first service!

Just purchased our 2010 Honda Goldwing. After weeks of doing research and trying to get the best deal we went back to Eustis and could not have been treated better. The staff made us feel like family from the begining. Mark spent a lot of time making sure all concerns were covered and never did we feel like we were being rushed. I needed the front wheel bearings replaced on my 2002 nomad. I tried to do it myself and spent hours heating the wheel and tapping on the bearings with no results. I contacted another Kawasaki dealer in Sanford and they gave me a very high quote. I stopped at your dealership and you replaced the bearing in just 15 minutes for less than three people can go for lunch at a fast food restaurant. Thank you, Thank you. I used to use that other dealer but now I have a new dealership, and to the mechanic who did the work sorry for the mess I made for you, and all those thoughts you were thinking while fixing it your right.
